The Maxillofacial Foundation Treatment Assistance Program (TAP)
The Maxillofacial Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization that supports research, education, and the clinical practice of maxillofacial prosthetics. The Maxillofacial Foundation is pleased to announce the funding of a Treatment Assistance Program (TAP) to assist those patients who lack funding for maxillofacial prosthetic and related services. Prosthodontists desiring additional information regarding the TAP program and guidelines may contact the director of patient care, Dr Tom Vergo, at [email protected] , or the treasurer. The Maxillofacial Foundation operational funds are derived by contributions, wills, memorials, and gifts. Contributions may be made payable to the Maxillofacial Foundation and sent to Dr Clifford W. The Academy of Prosthodontics Foundation Seeks Tax-exempt Contributions
The Academy of Prosthodontics Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization that supports research, education, and publications in prosthodontics. Operational funds are obtained from contributions, wills, memorials, and gifts. Foundation officers function without remuneration, and all funds are distributed for the work of the AP Foundation. Any amount for a memorial or contribution will be accepted and is tax exempt. Acknowledgment is sent to the donor(s), and a memorial card with the name of the donor is sent to the family or person honored.
